Hey Gang,

I have been asked this question by a lot of people;  "What do you eat on a daily basis?"  I assume this is because I am now half the man I used to be (yeah I know am stealing that from a Stone Temple Pilots song but you know what:  1. Original ideas are overated and 2.  Three Quarters of my clients have no idea who Stone Temple Pilots is).  Anyone who is interested in getting these on a somewhat daily basis please let me know.

thanks
Mike

 Meal 1:
3 hard boiled eggs (I boil 15 at a time so they last 5 days.  I will pull 3 out of the fridge for a meal, peel them, crush them with a fork, microwave them to reheat and then add either sea salt or Tabasco for flavoring.
2 slices of wheat bread, toasted with jelly on top (to satisfy my sweet fetish)  I used smuckers grape because it was on sale.  There is so little of it on the toast it really doesn't matter if it is "all sugar".  I have lost a ton of blubber eating that "all sugar" "every day".

Meal 2:
2 scoops of protein powder mixed with ice and water (any brand will work, just find one you like the taste of, all the other stuff on the label is just marketing and hype and means nothing in the big picture)
2 gala apples
1 oz. raisins (You can use the mini snack pack raisins or get a small baggie/Tupperware and put in a small serving).

Meal 3:
1 can (7 oz.) albacore tuna fish
1 baked potato (1 medium microwaved for 4 minutes per side)
1 cup cauliflower/broccoli puree (I have no idea how much there actually was and with vegetables it doesn't really matter.  No person in their right mind is going to eat "too many" vegetables and get all jacked up and obese.  Even those evil carrots that are supposedly so high in sugar.  On a personal note, the deal with me and vegetables is that I don't really like them very much.  I have tried to brainwash myself by telling myself I do, but that just doesn't work.  It is probably because I think a loving/benevolent god should have made vegetables taste like ice cream since they are supposed to be so good for us.  I am still angry at God about that one but so I digress.  I use the puree since it makes it easy to mix them in with the potato and gets rid of the weird texture of the cauliflower)
2 teaspoons olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon seat salt (I mix the vegetable puree with a smashed up baked potato and then add sea salt and olive oil.  If you want you can add a little ketchup.  It gets me my carbs and veggies and also satisfies my salty, fatty, french fry fetish).

Meal 4:
1 bag of beef jerky (I ran out of steak and will have to buy more tomorrow and then marinate it so I will have to have beef jerky again tomorrow.  The steak serving for a guy my size is 250 grams and yes I do measure that out on a scale or I would easily overeat.  The only other food I have to do that with is pasta for the same reason)
4 Quaker white cheddar rice cakes (these satisfy my salty, crunchy, cheesy fetish the kind you would get from things like flavored popcorn, Doritos or potato chips)
*Note:  If I had steak available and chose a starch I would use either use the cheddar cakes again or 200 grams of pasta with tomato sauce or potato again.  If I used pasta of potato I would microwave a couple cups of spinach, slice it up with a knife, add in only 1 teaspoon of olive oil because the beef has more fat than the tuna, 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt and then mix that in with the pasta or potato.

Meal 5:
Tilapia on the Foreman grill (season with salt and pepper, you can put Tabasco or ketchup if you want)
Nathans frozen french fries, about 14 of them (when these are done I put sea salt on them and ketchup on the side.  These taste a lot like a less greasy version of real french fries so you get a little more of that salty, fatty, french fry fetish taken care of again.  Basically you heat your toaster oven up full blast, 450 I think, and put aluminum foil on the pan after you crumble it a little to ensure the fries cook evenly.  Spray the foil with Pam and then add fries.  Cook for about 20 minutes).
1 cup of green beans (If I was in the mood I could of instead had romaine salad with cucumber and 1 tablespoon each of ken's light creamy Cesar and regular light Cesar)
